Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to reservations and purchases made through obasis.com, which is operated by UBQCO, Inc. under the OBasis brand.

Current reservation stage

OBasis is currently accepting $1 reservations for the STILL First Edition.

A $1 reservation is not an order for a physical product. No physical product will be shipped as part of the reservation transaction, and no shipping charge applies to the reservation itself.

After placing a reservation, you will receive an electronic confirmation using the email address provided during checkout.

A reservation does not guarantee that physical delivery will be available to a particular country, region, or address. Available shipping destinations will be confirmed when the completed STILL product becomes available for purchase.

The later purchase of STILL will be a separate transaction. Before completing that purchase, you will be shown the applicable product price, shipping destinations, shipping charges, estimated shipping schedule, and other order terms.

Where we ship

Our initial physical product launch is intended for customers in the United States.

When physical product ordering becomes available, the destinations we can serve will be shown during checkout. If an address cannot be selected or accepted at checkout, we are not currently able to ship an order to that address.

International shipping is not available unless a destination is expressly offered during checkout.

Availability may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, military addresses, P.O. boxes, and other locations that require special carrier services.

Shipping charges

No shipping charge applies to the $1 STILL First Edition reservation because no physical product is shipped as part of the reservation.

For future physical product orders, available shipping methods and charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Shipping charges may vary based on the destination, package size and weight, selected delivery method, carrier rates, and any applicable promotions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges do not include return shipping costs.

Order processing

Processing time refers to the period required to verify, prepare, inspect, pack, and transfer a physical product order to the carrier. It does not include the carrier’s transit time after shipment.

The applicable processing time or estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page, during checkout, in the order confirmation, or in another clear communication provided before or after purchase.

Orders are generally processed on business days. Weekends and public holidays observed by our fulfillment location are not considered business days.

Additional processing time may be required for:

  • Payment verification or fraud prevention review;
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
  • Preorders or products not yet ready for immediate shipment;
  • High-volume product launches;
  • Quality-control inspections; or
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

If additional information is required to process an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided during checkout.

Preorders and estimated shipping dates

A preorder is an order for a physical product that is not yet ready for immediate shipment. A preorder is separate from the $1 STILL First Edition reservation.

When a product is offered for preorder, the applicable product page, checkout, or order confirmation will identify an estimated shipping date or shipping window.

Estimated shipping dates are good-faith estimates based on the information reasonably available to us at the time. Manufacturing, certification, quality control, component availability, carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances may affect the schedule.

If we determine that an order cannot ship within the promised or legally required timeframe, we will provide an update. Where required, you will be given the option to accept the revised shipping schedule or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product or materially change an accepted order without notifying you and providing an appropriate remedy where required.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation of an unfulfilled physical product order before it ships.

Cancellation requests can be submitted through any available self-service cancellation option or by contacting support@obasis.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to process the request. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, or been transferred to a carrier.

If an order has already shipped, it may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

The $1 STILL First Edition reservation is fully refundable upon request and is governed by the reservation provisions in our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Shipping addresses and order changes

Please review your name, shipping address, apartment or unit number, postal code, email address, and telephone number carefully before submitting an order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct a shipping address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

OBasis is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to collect the package, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you regarding available options. Additional shipping charges may apply if you request reshipment.

For security reasons, we may be unable to redirect an order to a different country or materially different address after payment has been authorized.

Tracking information

When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation containing the carrier and tracking information to the email address associated with the order.

Carrier tracking information may not update immediately after a shipping label is created. A label creation notice does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already received or scanned the package.

Please contact us if tracking does not update for an unusual period or if the shipment appears to be delayed beyond its estimated delivery window.

Delivery and risk of loss

Risk of loss or damage remains with OBasis until the order is delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

After confirmed delivery, responsibility for the package generally passes to the recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

OBasis may not be responsible for loss, delay, or additional expense resulting from:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer;
  • A customer-requested package redirect;
  • A customer-selected unattended delivery or safe-place instruction;
  • Failure to collect or accept a package after reasonable delivery attempts;
  • Delivery to a freight forwarder, reshipping service, or address not occupied by the purchaser; or
  • Loss or theft occurring after confirmed delivery.

These provisions do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Packages marked delivered but not received

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct;
  • Check entrances, mailrooms, reception areas, parcel lockers, and other safe delivery locations;
  • Ask household members, building staff, or nearby neighbors whether they accepted the package; and
  • Contact the carrier if its tracking information provides a delivery location or photograph.

If the package is still missing, contact support@obasis.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and any relevant carrier information.

We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier investigation. A replacement or refund may be provided if the shipment is confirmed to have been lost before delivery.

Lost or delayed shipments

If a shipment has not arrived within its estimated delivery window, contact us at support@obasis.com.

We may ask you to allow a reasonable period for the carrier to complete delivery or investigate the shipment.

If a package is confirmed lost before delivery, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Carrier delays do not remove any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If the package or product arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@obasis.com as soon as possible.

Please retain the product, accessories, shipping carton, internal packaging, and shipping label while the issue is being reviewed.

To help us evaluate the issue, we may request:

  • Your order number;
  • Clear photographs or video of the product;
  • Photographs of the outer shipping carton and internal packaging;
  • A photograph of the shipping label; and
  • A description of the damage, missing component, or incorrect item.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Split shipments

In some circumstances, products or components from the same order may ship separately.

If an order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation and tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we choose to divide an order into multiple shipments, unless you requested a separate or upgraded shipment.

International orders, customs, and import charges

International physical product shipping is available only when expressly offered during checkout.

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country or carrier.

Customs processing may delay delivery. OBasis does not control customs inspections, clearance procedures, or government-imposed charges.

Refusing an international shipment because of customs duties or import charges does not automatically entitle the recipient to a full refund. Any refund will be evaluated after the shipment is returned and may be reduced by unrecoverable shipping, customs, brokerage, or return costs where permitted by law.

Changes to this Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy as our products, fulfillment locations, shipping destinations, carriers, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

The shipping terms presented when an order is placed will govern that order. Later changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an accepted order.
