We set the rules before the engineering: nothing that spins, glows, or hums belongs beside a bed. Which left exactly one way to handle the heat of fast charging — mass.
Fast-charge heat doesn't flow in steadily; it arrives as a spike. So STILL doesn't fight the heat — it holds it. An aluminum core spreads the spike outward into a solid steel base: a reservoir deep enough to swallow it, then let it go slowly. In bench testing, STILL held a full 25W output for over three hours without throttling — we ended the test before the dock gave any reason to.
